We have 35 years experience in the property industry, and have been set up in China since 2000.  Unique in our approach, as chartered surveyors we also understand investment and somewhat unusually, we understand M&E (Mechanical and Electrical). We have a strong foundation with environmental engineering, giving us the ability to solve complex property issues and keeping the project on track.

Our Mission

We understand and enjoy environmental engineering. The dynamic building element that has to operate when the whole construction team has left. We have empathy with the design engineers, speak their language and understand from the investment perspective what makes sense and what delivers the right environment for the investor/ end user.

We take the time to understand operational needs, the investment profile and the real needs then look for ways to make it happen. We do not take instructions we cannot add value to. We operate under the radar, do not seek publicity and regard client confidentially as paramount.

How We Work

Wherever possible we use CGIs to develop a design and then reverse engineer into drawings and specification. That way the client can easily see what they are getting - the space, the volume, the finishes - without trawling through piles of drawings and complex specifications. Where BIM saves contractors costs, our visuals mitigate client risk -probably more than the most carefully worded building contract.

We understand the most common property development project failures such as delays, design creep and overspend can hugely affect project outcomes but we believe our combination of skills and visual tools minimises risk in program, cost and quality control.

What We've Achieved

• We are Chartered Surveyors and Environmental Engineers

• We are members of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and

• Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers.

  •  SW1 have a knowledge based on over 30 years trading real estate in SW1.

  • We've brought international investment into SW1 and the surrounding areas because of our network and cultural understanding from working in China since 2000.
