We recognise the benefits of CGIs to help de-risk projects and flush out designs early on. It allows a client to make informed decisions 'on the screen,' avoiding abortive work and delays to the program.

BIM ( Building Information Model) is more beneficial at the pre-construction stage and helps avoid services and structural clashes behind the scenes. Whilst this helps keeps costs down for contractors; we believe the initial risk is with the client. They care about the final look, space, flow and finishes. Trying to convey this with 2D drawings does not work; it relies upon each client's team studying and mentally visualising the final product.
