Strategic advisory means helping business owners understand the full implications of major property decisions before they commit. When you're looking at a £2-5 million intervention on a building that generates revenue every day, the question isn't just "can we do this?" - it's "should we do this, how do we fund it, what's the operational risk, and what's the return?"

Most business owners don't need someone to manage contractors. They need someone to help them see around corners: Will this heritage listing kill the project? Can we structure the investment to minimize disruption? What are we really buying for this money - just compliance, or strategic competitive advantage? These are the conversations that happen before you even talk to an architect.
